MLU
Hi Parents,
Anytime a child has missed 3 lessons due to illness, had a doctor's visit for an illness, an ER visit or been prescribed new medications they need to do a MLU (missed/medical lesson update) before returning to swim.
This gives our medical team a chance to review the treatment and issue any new protocols for me to follow. MLU's are a priority and are usually completed within 24 hours of submitting them.
Instructions to complete the Missed Lesson Update:
Login to your ISR registration account using this registration link.
Select Medical Lesson Update under the More Options menu for your child (the three dots next to the
childs name)
You will be prompted to answer 2 qualifying questions to determine if your child is ready for an MLU - if either answer is YES, please come back once your child is no longer having the symptoms listed.
Enter very detailed information pertinent to the MLU questions and submit As soon as I receive the MLU approval and any protocols, we can resume lessons.
